With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Karga Reed in Virginia Beach, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Karga and Frances Magrath Karga; her husband Timothy Reed; and her in-laws, Jean and Wylie Reed.

She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Reed, Jean Deponceau and Daniel Reed; and her siblings, Evelyn Morgan, Rose Wright, Jim Karga, Mary Karga and Kevin Karga. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
