She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Ainsley and Mary Ainsley; and her siblings, Jimmie Ainsley and Rachel Fusco. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Dodge (Larry) and Kenneth Spruill (Vickie). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Portlock United Methodist Church (2615 Bainbridge Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23324). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Red Cross.
