She is survived by: her husband Elvin Whitley Sr.; her children, Elvin Whitley Jr. and Marni Kitchen; her grandson Tyler Whitley; her great grandchild Carson Hamm; and her siblings, Billy Prescott, Katherine Dunn and Bonnie Doherty.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel (1485 Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464).
