He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gaspar Rios. He is survived by: his parents, Mariliz Rios and Jason Rios; his brothers, Jordin Rios, Naythen Rios and Jayden Rios; his grandparents, Edwin Rivera, Alba Magnolia Rivera, Milca Morales and Natividad Morales; and his nephew Colson Rios. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins.
