She was predeceased by: her father Shelby E. Blankenship; and her sister Cheryl Amory. She is survived by: her mother Marie A. Blankenship; her sisters, Donna Blankenship (Don Hudgins) and Bonny Blankenship; her nephew Shaun Hall; and her niece Catrina Hall.
