He was predeceased by: his father Walter Arthur Brown. He is survived by: his children, Morgan Rachelle Elkin and Ethan Merrick Brown; his mother Barbara Lukes; his stepfather Martin Lukes; his siblings, Todd Brown and Tracey Hecox; his close friend Elaine Wijas; and his pet Hana. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (1801 Baltic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Oceanfront Chapel (1801 Baltic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451).
