She was predeceased by: her father Frank Cofield; her son Steven Frank Smith; and her husband William Dennis Smith. She is survived by: her son Michael Smith (Peg) of Pittsburgh, PA; her siblings, Dorvan Cofield of Dade City, FL, Joyce Cruz of Tampa, FL and Lee Tarvin (Bill) of Virginia Beach; her niece Dena Crabtree (Paul) of Virginia Beach; and her friend Jean Sbardella of Chesapeake. She is also survived by two nieces and three nephews; her special friend.
