He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marie; and his children, Vincent (Christine), Frank (Rolla), Lauren and Louis J Talia.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Louis's memory to Tunnel 2 Towers, an organization close to his heart, reflecting his lifelong commitment to supporting those who serve and protect.
