He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rogers, Estelle, Ella Ray and Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Leona; his sons, Madison Jr. (Jen) and Mitchell (Kim); his grandson Michael; his stepchildren, Karen, Curtis and Bart; his stepgrandsons, Christopher and Brian; and his stepgreat-grandson Asher. He is also survived by father and role model his two sons.
