She was predeceased by: her husband Tony; her parents, Josephine Siuta (Horansky) and Raymond A; and her sister Martina Papik. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal; her stepson Adrian (Anna); her stepgrandchildren, Mason and Samantha; her brother Ray Siuta (Carolyn); and her brother-in-law Larry Bullock (Patricia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
