It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Alice Perry of Virginia Beach, Virginia, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell A. Bagby and Margie P. Bagby Higginbotham; her husband Leigh; and her siblings, Liz, Carol, Sharon, Lowell Jr. and Those.

She is survived by: her children, Crystal Simpich (John) of Richmond, VA and Leigh Perry (Susan) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Russell (Kathryn), Corinne, Shayna, Abigail, Riley, Elizabeth and Ana; her great grandchildren, Baker and Woods; and her sisters, Linda (Scott) and Charlene (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mary embodied the true definition of giving and always asked for donations to her special charities in lieu of gifts. To honor her memory and in lieu of flowers, please consider donations to St. Jude's, the Union Mission, or a local SPCA in her name.
