Though Maxey Lee may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy Leigh Bryant; his grandson John Robert Riggs; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Frank Skolnick. He is survived by: his brother John "Fletcher" Bryant; his daughter Elizabeth Hamilton Skolnick; his grandchildren, John Hunter Skolnick and Taylor Elizabeth Skolnick; his daughter Anne Peyton Bryant; and his grandchild Berke Catak.
