He is survived by: his significant other Staci Simmons; his daughters, Samantha Lewis, Amanda Horton and Kayla Simmons; his grandchildren, Keera of Virginia Beach, Blake of Virginia Beach, Kater of Virginia Beach, Colton of Virginia Beach and Leyah of Virginia Beach; and his siblings, Steve Shupe, Lori George and Michelle Shupe-Armentrout (Scott).
