She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Kendrick Berry, Sr. and Helen Markham Berry; her husband Curtis Ackiss Gregory; her brother Allen Berry, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Margaret Ann Bright.
She is survived by: her daughter Natalie Guy; her son-in-law David Guy; her granddaughters, Olivia Helen Guy and Lauren Patricia Guy of Virginia Beach, VA.; her son John Gregory (family: Angie Clark, Connor Clark, Grayson Gregory); her close friend Ken Winslow; her sisters, Jenny McDaniels of Greensboro, Donna Houtz of Greensboro, Debbie McDougal (Andy McDougal) of Greensboro and Cindy Reid of Greensboro; and her sister-in-law Helen Gregory Winslow (Arland Winslow) of Elizabeth City, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Patricia Gregory.
