Doxey (Cathy) and Elizabeth Renee Doxey Hambrick (Shane); her sister Sharon Gladden; her brother-in-law Forrest Gladden; her siblings' children, Brian Gladden and Heather Hunter (Zachary); her brother Billy Dyas; and her siblings' children, Zach Dyas (Jennyfer), Keeton Dyas (Esther) and Matthew Donlevy. She is also survived by her family, friends.
