He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Lowe and Louise Lowe; his children, Peter, Jr. and Sarah Beverly (Michael); his grandchildren, Logan, Olivia and Emmalyn; his cousin Stan Smith; his former wife Dot Smith; Lou Ann (Lowe).
