We announce the death of Rebecca Kathleen Grice of Virginia Beach, Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 78. Rebecca will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Mullis and Julia Mullis; and her great grandchild Camree Lauren Fire. She is survived by: her husband Frank Grice; her daughters, Sherry Fire (Rob) and Jennifer Ramiro (Anthony); her grandchildren, Chelsae Summers (Kenny), Guy Fire (Emiley), Dylan and Evan Ramiro; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Colton, Cason, Rylan and Baylan; and her caregiver Carlisha Jackson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith & Williams Funeral Home (4889 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6309 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
In honoring Becky's legacy and her compassionate spirit, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Research Association, located in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, to support their vital work in research and care.
