He is survived by: his children, Rex Gilpin, Jr. (Terri) of Fleming Island, FL and Rachel Gilpin (Bob Miller) of Portsmouth, VA; his siblings, Nancy Rorrer (Dave) of Milan, MI, Don Gilpin of Trinity, FL, Sally Stefurak of Portsmouth, VA, Harry Gilpin III of Orange Park, FL, Gail Stevens of Salisbury, MD and Margaret Whedbee of Suffolk, VA; his granddaughter Mary Gilpin (Kevin Holden) of Rockville, MD; and his stepson Ronald Gamble (Paula) of Norfolk, VA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
