He is survived by: his children, Tamara "Tammy" Toma (Robert) and William "Bill" Foss Sr. (Susan); his son-in-law Steven Puckett; his grandchildren, Douglas White (Sylvia), Rebecca Davis, William Foss Jr. (Rachael), Brandon Foss (Rachel), Analisa Puzzanghero (Christopher) and Isabella Toma-Palmieri (Nicholas); and his great grandchildren, Jacob White, Holly White, Jackson Davis, Deacon Davis, Lola Davis, Ava Foss, William "Liam" Foss III and Payton Foss.
