He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hill, Sr. and Elizabeth Hill; and his siblings, Harry, Richard Hill, Betty and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his wife Christiane Lepoittevin (France); his daughters, Babette Hurlbert (Joe) of Chesapeake and Deborah Glymph (Kenny) of Virginia Beach; his granddaughters, Ashley Norvell of Moyock and Lindsey Hurlbert of Chesapeake; and his great grandchildren, Elliot, Laine Norvell, Reid and River Naugle.
