It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Zedler III of Virginia Beach, Virginia, born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Zedler, Jr. and Anne S. Zedler; and his wife Carol P. Zedler. He is survived by: his children, Peter A. Zedler, MD (Barbara) of Powhatan, VA and Allyson Z. Zak (Richard) of Henrico, VA.; and his grandchildren, Matthew C. Zedler (Lily), Kathryn Z. Gathof, MD (Andrew Gathof, MD), Adam Zedler (Caroline), Brian C. Zak and Sarah E. Zak. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
