He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Lewis, Sr. and Mary Harrison Lewis; and his sister Mary Emma Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lewis; his daughter Stephanie Lewis Schunder; his grandson John Robert Schunder III (Trey); and his siblings, Burleigh Lewis and Margaret Greiner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
