He was predeceased by: his parents, Bienvenido Hidalgo and Rosalina Hidalgo. He is survived by: his wife Bernarda; his children, Annalyn (David), Melanie (Duane) and Rolando, Jr.; his grandchildren, Romel, Alex, Noah and Maeva; and his siblings, Gertrudes, Romeo, Nenita, Ricardo and Ramon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
