He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kelly and Helen Kelly (Milkey); his wife Mary Margaret Kelly (Virginia); and his sisters, Nancy Armstrong and Diane Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Kelly, Jr. (Benita), Catherine Wright and Margaret Wingfield (Steve); his grandchildren, Anthony Wright, Kelly RaeWright-Grybko (Rick) and Kimberly Edwards (Sean); his great grandchild Maeve Edwards; and his sister Marilyn Kelly. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and first and only great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel (1457 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
