He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael and Constancia; and his siblings, Leticia (Carling) and Ner (Sharon). He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his sister Betty (Antero); and his children, Tes (Glenn), Joey (Chona), Rainier and Richard (Rochelle). He is also survived by grandchildren, fourteen adorable great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Church of the Ascension (4853 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
