She is survived by: her cousin Vivian; her husband Samuel Lee Varner; her niece Dedra Ragland; her children, Seko Varner (Rhonda), Daniel Varner (Hope Dori) and Elizabeth Varner; her grandchildren, Karina Varner, DeMya Tolliver, Baldwin-Akin Varner, Rukiya Varner, Dominique Varner and Drew Varner; her great grandchildren, Chavez Hines and Cameron Hines; her siblings, Ada Mae Ragland and Willie Suggs (Vivian Russell); her siblings-in-law, Harvey Varner (Willa), Walter Varner (Delores), Virginia Varner (Domingo), Annie Varner and Julia McFarlane; and her goddaughter Jennifer Perry-McClain. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and life-long friends.
