With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Jo Wendell of Virginia Beach, Virginia, born in Montgomery, West Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Fulks and Edith Fulks; her husband Bertrum W. Wendell, Jr. (S. Navy); and her children, Bertrum III (Woody) and Victoria (Vicky).

It is requested that in lieu of flowers that a donation be made to the American Cancer Society.
