He is survived by: his sister Geneva; his children, Mary Julia Faire Garnett (Rob) and Thomas Gaines Frazier; and his grandchildren, Zoe Kathryn Faire Garnett, Lucy Weston Garnett and Robert Frazier Garnett.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Galilee Church (3928 Pacific Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451).
