He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Maxvill and Vivian Maxvill; and his siblings, Karen Houston (Roger), Charlene Tackaberry (Denny), Gene Calvin (Martha), Jackie Jr., Calvin and Philip Maxvill.
He is survived by: his wife Pat (Pat); and his children, Keri of Germany, Matthew of Virginia and Steven Eric (Steve) of Springfield. He is also survived by granddaughter and from a previous marriage.
