He was predeceased by: his mother June Wray Critser. He is survived by: his father Jack W. O'Neal, Sr.; his grandmother Minnie O'Neal; and his siblings, Jack W. O'Neal, Jr., Sandee Glasgow, Karmie Lavoie, Terry Critser and Amy Harden. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and friends.
