She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Chance and Linda L. Chance; and her brother Jerry Chance. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Kalagayan; her children, Brooke Kalagayan, Tyler Kalagayan, Rachel Kalagayan and Jacob Kalagayan; her siblings, Charles Chance (Janet), Brenda Kusturin (Gary), Robert Chance (Jennifer) and Sharon Mayfield (Chris); and her pets, Luna and Beau. She is also survived by brother and sister in laws and many nieces and nephews.
