Osborne; his wife Valerie; his children, David Osborne (Ashleigh), Christopher Osborne (SarahJane) and Melissa Baldwin (Jason); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Adeline Osborne, Penelope, Prudence Osborne, Eric and Laura Manteau; his great grandchild Oliver; and his sister Margaret Roy (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Grove Memorial Park (3445 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456).
