He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas E. Bishop Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Adelaide White Bishop of Virginia Beach; his wife Lesa McCoy Bishop; his daughter Anna Elizabeth Bishop; and his siblings, Betsy Gates (Ernie) of Williamsburg, Susan Zirpoli (Tom) of Westminster, Laura Rupp (Chris) of Virginia Beach, Paul Bishop of Norfolk and David Bishop of Norfolk.
In lieu of flowers, the family would encourage generosity to Hope House Foundation, the Faith Inclusion Network or Compassionate Care Hospice Foundation.
