He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Repko and Mary Ann McInchok; his daughter-in-law Crystal Repko (Ron); his siblings, William "Bill" Repko (Kathy), Mary Repko Murphy and Beverly Repko; and his brother-in-law Eugene Falbo (Joanne).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty Ann" Repko (Porembka); and his children, Theresa Repko See, Thomas Repko, Jr. (Wanda), Ronald Repko (Debbie) and Jennifer Repko-Nowlin (Otha). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
