He is survived by: his child Tiffeny Hernandez; his grandchildren, Christopher, Isaiah and Sophea; his children, Timothy "Timmy" Hammer Jr. and Amber Burris; his grandchild Tristan; his daughter Nancy Wilson; his grandchildren, Austin and Alexis; his son-in-law Daevon; his children, JD III and Ava; his pet Chico; Daelynn (JD-James Douglas Baskin II). He is also survived by daughter and Pops.
