She was predeceased by: her parents, Glaston Williams and Amy Rose Duffus of Panama; her husband John E. DaVeiga, Sr.; and her son John E. DaVeiga, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Mary-Ann Henry-Price (Levy) of Virginia Beach, Melinda S. DaVeiga of Oahu and Michael A. DaVeiga (Amy) of Hanover, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Andrea M. Hoidal (Triston), Gabriella, Johnathyn and Jamiyan DaVeiga; her great grandchildren, Nyah and Maddisyn Hoidal; her sister Diana Sangster; and her nephew Roberto Rook.
