She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wills and Gertrude Wills. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Baxter III; her siblings, Ed Wills and Peggy Ellis; her sons, Bruce and Scott Baxter; her daughter-in-law Amanda Baxter; and her grandchildren, Brandt and Hunter Baxter.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (300 36th St, Virginia Beach, VA 23451).
