He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Upton (Nancy); his brothers, Dick and Bob Upton; and his son William Upton. He is survived by: his brother Tom (Dottie) of Twin Falls; and his children, Olivia Guercioni, Nicholas Upton, Michael Upton, Carolyn Haines and Richard Smith.
