A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Eastern Shore Chapel (2020 Laskin Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mark's memory can be made to the National Park Foundation and to the Wells Theatre in Norfolk, reflecting his love for entertainment and the outdoors.
