He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin William Flora and Virginia Sawyer Flora. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Dawley Flora; his children, Jamie Flora (Alana), Joshua Flora (Liz) and Victoria Flora Stacy (Brandon Foster); his grandchildren, Andrew, Camden, Raegan and Peyton; and his brother Wayne Flora.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Princess Anne Memorial Park (1110 N Great Neck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Tabernacle United Methodist Church.
