He was predeceased by: his parents, William Babb Jenkins Jr. and Mary "Florence" Matthews Jenkins; his wife Helen Smith Jenkins; and his former wife Juanita Popma Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Susan E. Jenkins Saari, Janet L. Jenkins Ogren and William C. Jenkins. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
