He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sumire Ogasawara; his children, Susan Duffy Coopersmith, Dennis Duffy, Debra Duffy and Diana Duffy Waterman; and his grandchildren, Michael, Patrick Duffy, Sherlynn Duffy, Venessa Duffy Lamka, Meghan Duffy, Kevin and Caty Waterman.
