He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bilicki and Phyllis Canopa. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Francis "Bob" Bilicki (Julia Anne) of Wachapreague, Virginia, Stephen Richard "Steve" Bilicki (Kathy) of Wachapreague and Neal Harold Bilicki of Swansboro; his grandchildren, Daniel Robert Bilicki II (Kara), Martha Bilicki Byrnes (John), Grace Louise Bilicki, Christopher Moore-Bilicki (Josephine Herbst) and Daniel Neal Bilicki (Caitlyn); and his great grandchildren, Caroline Rae Bilicki, Sloane Danielle Bilicki, Quinn Gabrielle Bilicki, John Hamilton Byrnes IV and Brooke Elizabeth Byrnes.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Dan's life at Seaside Park in Wachapreague, VA (across from Fire Station) on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Those who wish to honor his memory may do so by sending a donation in his name to Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, c/o Sally Schreiber, P.O.
