He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Skinner Welch and Donna Skinner Knecht Bassett (Jay); his grandchildren, Jessica Knecht Brock (Justin), Tanner Riley Knecht and Virginia Bassett Lauver (Jared); his brother Wayne Leroy Skinner; his great grandchildren, Gabriella Elizabeth Comeaux and Ryland Taylor Brock; his niece Tamra Skinner McDermott; Billy Knecht.
