With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Michael Grubbs (Wakefield, Virginia), who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence B. Grubbs and Dorothy W. Grubbs; his sisters, Barbara G. Spencer and Carol G. Andrews; and his nephew Buz Seward.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Susie Rogers, Robin Gynn (Harold), Margaret Piacentini (Gary), Martha Newsome (Clarence), Dorothy Chapman (Bryan), Rick Andrews (Beth), Linda Tuck (Mike), Ron Andrews (Lily), Elizabeth Leonard, Russ Andrews (Julie) and Tony Seward (Lisa).

Donations may be made to Surry Volunteer Rescue Squad.
