She was predeceased by : her daughter Deborah Miller; her grandson Nicholas Williams; her parents, Floyd Rice and Esper Rice; and her siblings, Floyd Rice, Kathleen Ransom, Robert "Bobby Lee" Rice, Phyllis Rice, James "Jim" Rice, Virgie Tipton (Bertie) and Jean Canterbury.
She is survived by : her husband James O. Williams Jr.; her children, Lynn Williams and James O. Williams III (Tamara); and her sister-in-law Violet Rice. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several much-loved nieces and nephews.
Dianna Williams (nee Rice), 80, of Wakefield, VA, died August 30, 2023 at home, after 16 years with Alzheimer's.
