He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Howard and Viola Curtis Lowe; and his brother-in-law Robert Parsons. He is survived by: his sister Beverly Parsons; his sibling's children, Noelle Laney (Mark) and Neil Parsons (Stacey); his close friends, Lynn Thornton, W. P. "Perk" Taylor (G. Lee) and Jack Huber; and his cousins, Wayne Lowe (Phyllis), Brent Lowe (Debi), Clay Lowe (Jenny) and Jameson Lowe. He is also survived by family members and friends.
