She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Pettway (Herb), Carole Thorpe (Randy) and Connie Milne (Ray); her grandchildren, W. Ashley Pettway, Elizabeth Pettway, Hillary Tedesco and Ray Milne; and her brother Charlye Duane Burkett. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Wakefield United Methodist Church where Eunice was a devoted life-long member.
