It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Long Jr. of Wakefield, Virginia, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James M. Long, Sr. and Addie Norfleet Long. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Prine Long; his children, Margie A. Walker, Lisa L. Seward (Tony) and James M. Long, III; his grandchildren, Rhyne A. Seward, Christopher S. Walker, Jeremy L. Seward (Lauren), James M. Long, IV (Haley), Matthew J. Walker (Madeline), Jacob E. Walker (Madison) and Adam W. Seward; his great grandchildren, Axyl, Arabella, Kinsley and Claire; and his sister Jennifer L. Snyder.
