She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Vaughan Padgett and Ethel Tatum Padgett; her husband Jackie Booth; her daughter Kathy Booth Agnew; and her sisters, Frances Belshan, Maude Burnette and Joyce Stetch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Booth Belcher (Harvey) and Debra Booth Gwaltney (Eugene); her grandchildren, Meredith Wells (Dwayne), Kathryn Nicholas (Daniel), Sarah Touchberry (Jackson), Brandon Belcher and Adam Belcher (Caitlin); and her brother L. V. Padgett. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
